Operations

The Operations team serves many functions across the entire team, including financial, professional, and structural responsibilities. This team is the primary administrator for the team’s yearly budget and other finances as well as sponsorship and fundraising. At the beginning of each fiscal term, they negotiate with school officials to allocate funds for a new project and then maintain and manage that budget for the remainder of the academic year to ensure the team has adequate funds to construct prototypes and purchase equipment, among other potential expenses. This team constantly works on and improves marketing and outreach measures, with focus on the team website and the annual sponsorship packet. The Operations team also assists in coordinating logistics for recruitment, Cornell's annual Giving Day, and other team obligations.
